We need to reshape our own perception of how we view ourselves. Let's take on life together!

If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint,' then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced. ‏‏‎

Meet The Team

Coming together from around the world!

Anavi Jain

Hi I'm Anavi! I live in Arizona and aspire to be an orthopedic surgeon. I adore dancing, speech and debate, and mock trial. After conducting an impact study on how Covid-19 disproportionately affected teen students' mental health, I banded with these lovely ladies to create a community for support and to grow together.

Kamila Martinez

Hi I’m Kamila! I live in Illinois and make the best of it by practicing taekwondo, dancing, and competing in model UN. With this amazing group of girls, we have created an online community with the goal of having a more casual and better approach when dealing with our mental & physical health. We know that our generation is dealing with a complex world and we want to be there as an online community, fighting battles together.

Suin Lee

Hi I'm Suin! I'm an IB sophomore from Ontario, Canada, who is passionate about neuroscience and mental health. I keep busy by playing piano and writing poetry, and I am excited to further the conversation about teenage mental health in today's society! Our generation is living through unprecedented time and a supportive community is more important than ever.

Isabella Chavez

Hi! Hello! I'm Isabella (or Isa), you can call me whichever, and I love to help others in as many ways I can. I love to give back and see the growth of others and see them shine to the person they are meant to be. This is why, along with these other wonderful girls, we created TheGenZMind! We are just like you, I love sunsets, the rain, dogs, and painting, and I know we can all help each other.

Krystal Nyan

Hi! My name is Krystal, a high school senior from Myanmar. I love reading, creative writing as well as singing. Mental health is something that is usually ignored when it is so prevalent especially for GenZ who might be needing additional support due to our world’s current instability. I’m very excited to offer our help to the best of our abilities to provide a no judgement zone and a support system for teens our age.
